Aeromil Group of Companies Flight Options is a part of the Aeromil Group of Companies: one of the largest privately owned and operated aviation organisations in the region and one of the longest established. The Aeromil Group was established by Steve Padgett in 1980 and now, over 30 years on, has evolved into an impressive group of companies offering a comprehensive range of aviation services. Steve learned to fly at age 16 winning an RAAF Flying Scholarship and earning commissioned rank, and Commercial Licence and Flying Instructor Rating at age 19. Steve quickly realised that, while his passion was flying, he had the flare and tenacity for the business side of aviation. He started his first business offering flying training and then moved quickly into aircraft sales. Over the years he has launched many aviation business ventures and his career now spans more than forty years.
